The property must be provided with security systems and personnel to maintain the level of safety. Also, routine repairs and checks must be plotted out on a calendar, visible or known by everyone in the building.     If you are distressed because there are real estate investors ads from many other investors in there, don't be. They are there because they are getting responses. Just be sure to and actually answer your cell phone and keep it on all the time otherwise you'll be squandering money. jadescape
